    Main Features of Vertys Mineral Quartz (Bar)

    • Composed of 30% quartz fibers and 70% composite matrix
    • Diameter: 8 mm, Length: 10 cm
    • Available in 2 shades: pink (for users of commercial teeth) or dentin (for those who want to create monolithic restorations in resin or injected composite)
    • Before light-curing, the bar can be manually shaped into any form
    • Can be modified in thickness even after light-curing, using Mineral Quartz Flow in a 3g syringe (dentin or pink shade)
    • Shaping is done using the burs from the Vertys Polish Kit >
    • Covered with a thin transparent film to keep hands clean during handling (especially intraorally)

    The “Ciuffo” is mainly used as a monolithic structure in implant bridges. It is available in a dentin shade for layering with pink composite, or in pink when combined with traditional commercial teeth.

    Key Features of Vertys Mineral Quartz PLUS (Bundle)

    • Presented in a “bundle” form, composed of 70% quartz fibers and 30% composite matrix
    • Approximately 1.5 cm wide and 10 cm long
    • Before light-curing, the bundle must be pressed using the Furbo Composite > or Furbo Plexi > flask
    • After light-curing, the piece can be freely modified in both thickness and shape
    • Aesthetics can be adjusted at any time using the Vertys Quartz Flow liquid quartz syringe and the composites from the Vertys Mineral > line
    • Available colors: dentin A2 and pink
    • Primarily used with transparent silicones >: Vertys Medium Glass A+B (50 Shore) and Vertys Heavy Glass cartridge silicone (70 Shore)
